UK Cargo & Container Loading Inspection

Regis Inspection supports overseas buyers with cargo checks and container loading observations at agreed UK locations before goods leave the supplier or warehouse.

For buyers in India, Europe and other international markets purchasing from UK suppliers.

Cargo Inspection

Regis provides independent cargo inspection to document the visible condition, presentation, identification and quantity evidence available at a warehouse, yard, loading point or port. The scope is tailored to the cargo type and buyer’s agreed checklist.

Container Condition and Identification

Where accessible, the inspector can record container identification, visible external and internal condition, cleanliness, apparent damage, doors and locking arrangements before loading. Findings are limited to the condition observable during attendance.

Container Loading Supervision

Loading supervision can record the goods presented, loading sequence, packing arrangements, visible handling concerns and container stuffing activity. The inspector can note seal numbers and sealing activity where access is permitted.

Photographs and Live WhatsApp Video

Photographs and notes can be included in the report where site rules and permissions allow. Upon prior request, a live WhatsApp video call during container loading may be arranged, subject to premises permission, connectivity and the agreed inspection scope.

Inspection Limitations

A loading inspection records what was observed at the agreed time and location. It does not guarantee events after departure, the condition of inaccessible goods or compliance with requirements outside the agreed checklist.

How an Inspection is Scoped

Tell us the cargo type, supplier and loading location, planned date, container details, shipment stage and required checks. Regis will confirm the scope, access and reporting arrangements before attendance.
