Regis Inspection Ltd may collect names, company details, telephone numbers, email addresses, inspection locations, supplier information, shipment details, photographs, documents and other information voluntarily supplied when you request or receive our services.

Consultation booking form

When you use the consultation booking form on this website, we collect the name, email address, telephone number, inspection requirement, preferred date and time slot and any message you enter. This information is sent to a Google Apps Script and recorded in a Google Sheets spreadsheet operated by Regis Inspection Ltd. Google provides these services to us and may process the information on servers in the United Kingdom or other countries. We use it only to respond to your request and arrange your consultation, and we keep it only as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose.

Optional website analytics

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures visits, telephone-link clicks and successfully recorded enquiries. We send the page path and event type, not enquiry form values. Google may process browser and usage information outside the UK. You can withdraw permission using Cookie settings in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for details.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange inspections, communicate with customers, produce inspection reports, maintain business records and meet legal or regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal information.
