UK Pre-Shipment Inspection Services

Regis Inspection helps international buyers review goods presented by UK suppliers before purchase, dispatch or shipment, using an agreed inspection checklist and clear reporting.

For buyers in India, Europe and other international markets purchasing from UK suppliers.

Pre-Shipment Inspection of Goods

Regis helps buyers check goods presented by a UK supplier before dispatch. The agreed scope can compare visible condition, quantity evidence, packaging, markings, documentation and shipment readiness with the buyer’s order or specification.

Pre-Purchase Inspection

Where the buyer has not yet committed to purchase or released a balance payment, a pre-purchase visit can document the goods and supplier information available at the agreed location. The report records observations and limitations rather than guaranteeing future performance or the full consignment.

Third-Party Inspection

Regis can act as an independent set of eyes at an agreed inspection point when the buyer cannot attend in person. The inspection checklist is agreed before the visit and can include product identification, visible condition, quantity evidence, packing and photographs where permitted.

Quality and Quantity Verification

Checks can record observable quality characteristics and available quantity or weight evidence against agreed requirements. Where specialist testing, calibrated weighing or laboratory analysis is required, it must be arranged separately with a suitable provider.

Inspection Reporting

The report sets out the inspection date and location, goods presented, checks completed, observations, photographs where permitted and any access, sampling or evidence limitations. Findings apply to what was available to inspect at the time.

How to Scope an Inspection

Share the goods description, supplier details, location, target date, order specification, shipment stage and decision deadline. Regis will review the brief and confirm what can be checked, the reporting format and any exclusions before attendance.
